Shipping, Delivery & Customer Service

Postage/Shipment is extra.  Shells are shipped using the UK Royal Mail.  I use a fully trackable service.   Orders can be shipped by international courier for the cost of the buyer. 

I charge actual packaging and shipping costs plus levies charged by PayPal (5%) and Royal mail collection cost (GBP 0.30) and Royal Mail US Tarriff levy (GBP 0.50).  If paying by EFT the postage cost will be discount for thre paypal fee.

I do not ship to certain countries such as Russia, Israel, South American Countries and The Middle East (excluding UAE) and Africa (Excluding South Africa).  Buyers resident in those countries must contact me before ordering to see if an exceptions can be made.

Indicative postage rates (including box, packaging materials and collection fee) are as follows:

United Kingdom - Royal Mail 48 Hour Delivery

GBP 6,30  - free postage for orders over GBP100.00

International - Royal Mail Registered Airmail - full on-line tracking (where it is available for the recipient country).

Free Postage for orders over GBP700.00

I am currently shipping to the USA.  I am not responsible for any Trump Tariffs, these must be paid by the recipient.  Currently, Royal Mail are not collecting Tariffs on behalf of the US Government.  Should this change, Tariffs must be paid along with the postage before shipment.

Should the customs authorities of your country reject the parcel for any reason and return to sender, I can resend the parcel, however, additional postage will be applicable.

Any customer requests, questions or complaints should by sent to the email in the contact us section.  Emails will be replied to within 48 hours (unless I am away from home).

Returns for full refund or credit are accepted if returned (posted) within 7 days of the receipt of the shells.
